Terms of service

These are the terms for using StayTrex, a service of Opdolow LLC, Boise, Idaho ("we"). They are short because the product is early; they will grow as it does.
What StayTrex is
StayTrex is bookkeeping software for short-term rental hosts. It imports your reservations and bank transactions, matches payouts to reservations, categorizes expenses, and produces reports. It is a tool you operate, not an accounting service: you are responsible for reviewing the results and for your own tax filings. StayTrex is not a substitute for a CPA.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and connect only accounts you are authorized to access.
- Keep your password private. Anyone you invite to your organization can see everything in it.
- Connect your property management software only through the methods StayTrex provides and in line with that provider's own terms.
Your data
Your data is yours. We use it only to run the product for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it or delete it at any time.
Pilot period
During the founding host program StayTrex is free. Features may change, and there may be bugs. We will tell you before anything that affects your data changes, and before any charge is introduced. Founding host pricing commitments made in writing will be honored.
What we don't promise
StayTrex is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always online, and we are not liable for losses that follow from relying on its output without review — including tax penalties, missed payments or decisions made on incorrect reports. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your organization. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break the law, and will say why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.
